The Space Needle is a tower situated in Seattle in Washington. It is a major landmark of the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. This tower is a symbol of Seattle. It was built for the 1962 World’s Fair. This tower is 605 feet high and 138 feet wide, weighing around 9, 5550 tons. Visitors can reach the top of the Space Needle through elevators which travel at 10 mph. This trip takes 43 seconds.
