Sequim city is located in Clallam County, Washington in the United States of America.Sequim city was incorporated on October 31st 1913. Geographically Sequim city has coordinates at 48˚4’41”N 123˚6’5”W. The city covers an area of 5.3 square miles of land according to the United States Census Bureau. It has a population of 4,334 according to the census of 2000; of which 2,163 households and 1,111 families reside in the city. It has a population density of 820.6 people per square mile.Sequim has a unique climate and is popular for the production of lavender. Sequim is also known as the “Lavender Capital of North America”. The Surrounding area is called as Dungeness crab.Sequim is home to the many attractions such as Roosevelt elk; Museum and Arts Center including mastodon’s bones, artifacts and video on the excavation, Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, Dungeness River and Dungeness Spit.
