Trails End Bookstore is an independent bookshop with numerous hand-picked titles covering history, fiction, audio books, field guides and more. Farmers Exchange Bldg. offers western arts, décor items, old-time photography and other accessories.
Western Images specializes in artworks from regional artist, including oil paints, pencil art and watercolor. Some miscellaneous items for home décor, jewelry and blacksmithing items are also on sale.
Ms Kitty's Place is home to Winthrop’s old-time photo parlor. They also deal with children’s old-west gear and gift items.
Outdoorsman is Winthrop’s pioneering outdoor store. They deal with gear for outdoor adventures like hunting, camping, spinning and fly-fishing. Motorcycle and snowmobile gear, outdoor themes gifts and exclusive woman’s clothing are also on sale.
