Pricketts Fort State Park is a 22 acre of West Virginia State park which memorializes the frontier life in the late 1700s. This beautiful park is situated to the north of Fairmont and is near the confluence of Prickett’s Creek and the Monongahela River. Some of the features of the park include a recreated frontier fort which serves as a living history reenactment of the 18th century frontier life.
