The Point Pleasant River Museum provides information on the river life and such commercial enterprise on the Ohio as well as Kanawha Rivers. There are displays, video demonstrations and also special guests who highlight certain topics like floods, sternwheel steamers, boat construction and also river disasters. This museum offers a working pilot house and a research library.
