Bay View can be described as a neighborhood located in Milwaukee; on the southern side of downtown and northern side of ‘Saint Francis’. Original ‘Village of Bay View’ has been listed on National Register of Historic Places’ as Bay View Historic District. The 1st settlement on the permanent basis in this area was witnessed in the year 1834. Horace Chase was the 1st permanent settler.
