The Nicolaysen Art Museum dates back to 1967 when Mary Durham along with few friends showcased an art show on the corner of Park Street and “A”. Also called as NIC the centre today is a full service institution serving contemporary artists in the Rocky Mountain Area. Education is one of the primary goal of the centre apart from exhibition.
