Pine Bluffs is a populated town located in eastern Laramie County in the United States. Pine Bluffs is also situated in ‘Cheyenne, Wyoming Metropolitan Statistical Area.’Geographically Pine Bluffs is placed at 41˚10’46”N 104˚47”W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town covers an area of 3.2 square miles of land. The town rises 5,049 ft above the sea level.The town has a population of 1,153 at the census of 2000; of which 482 are households and 332 families reside in the town. It has a population density of 357.4 people per square mile. Pine Bluffs is a place with pleasant weather, where average temperatures are 20.1˚c in January and 75.8˚c in July. Average precipitation in Pine Bluffs in January is 0.23 and in July is 1.25.Pine Bluffs was a very well-known little town rich in its historical heritage. It was also known as the best lighted city in the entire United States. The Pine Bluffs Lighting Company used gas produced by a new process, giving the light more brilliance.
