In Canberra you'll have the chance to find so many worldwide cuisines ranging from Indian to Chinese, from Thai to Turkish, Spanish or Italian and nearly all of them offer such good quality at very friendly prices.

Many of them offer take-aways and buffets to indulge in to on Sundays for instance; carts and wagons selling street foood are not so popular here as for the reason mentioned above: there are plenty of pocket friendly take aways and such a wide choice of flavours to choose from!

You might try for instance Ruchi, which specialises on South Indian cuisine and gets packed on Sundays; it has a very popular buffet known around town where many head to! Or you might try Lemon Grass, a fine Thai place perfect if you're a fan of stir fried vegetables or king prawns' delicate tastes. Try their light food and continue your exploring adventure in Canberra.

Mouth watering Spanish cuisine is also a favourite; you'll have some delicious tapas to nibble (at around 9 Austrialian dollars) or you can try a tasty paella!

So popular is the Dickinson Asian Noodle House that offers take aways within minutes of ordering: you'll get a lovely wok-fried, Hokkien style or soup-laden noodles! It gets so packed on weekends!

There's also the delightful vegetarian option at the Turkish Restaurant Alanya where you'll indulge inexpensively on buffet options. There are authentic delights all over town to cherish and discover!
