The National Zoo & Aquarium (NZA) in Canberra is the only combined aquarium and zoo that provides a thrilling experience to all visitors.
Spread over 25 acres of land, the zoo is famous for its exotic animals and the largest inland saltwater tank.
The zoo is known for its impressive range of animals that includes the largest collection of Big Cats as well as the largest inland aquarium. Animals such as giraffes, cheetahs, tigers and bears can be seen here.
The visitors can also book an Interactive encounter tour and avail of a chance to hand-feed tigers and bears.
On the Meet-a-Cheetah encounter, the visitors can enjoy spending time with the cheetah accompanied by one of the zoo’s expert keepers.
The Zoocation Holiday Session and the amazing Walk on the Wild Side Tour offers an interactive, educational and fun-loving experience for all.
The National Zoo & Aquarium is open 364 days a year and has numerous facilities that make the entire visit worth-while.
