With plenty of upscale restaurants, bars and clubs, Canberra, Australian Capital Territory isn’t short on the glitz and glamour. If you’re looking for a glamour night out on the city, be sure to hit up high-end locales like Rubicon and The Ginger Room for dinner and Binara One, Knightsbridge Penthouse and Muddle Bar for drinks afterward.
Located just south of the Parliamentary Triangle, Rubicon offers a quiet, elegant dining experience. Its dinner menu is full of top-notch duck, lamb, chicken and other meats, vegetables and cheeses, while its wine list features some of the world’s finest vintages. Meanwhile, The Ginger Room makes its home in a restored private dining room at the Old Parliament House and serves up some of the most delectable Asian-influenced dishes in all of Australia.
Once you’re sufficiently stuffed, you’ll want to head to one of Canberra’s fancier evening hangouts to finish off your glamour night. Binara One, Knightsbridge Penthouse and Muddle Bar are all modern clubs where the music’s always going and the drinks always flowing.
