Narrabundah can be said to be a synonym for greenery as every other place that a touristy may observe is filled with some plantations. The all-time hit tourist spot here is the Rocky Knoll Park which is a park with all superb amenities and the major reason to visit this is that it gives a widespread panoramic view over the beauty of Canberra. Narrabundah can said to be a city of traders, all big and small because it’s a shopper’s paradise with a large number of shop-keepers trying to sell their wares. The doll shops of this area are famous. The Griffith stores along with the Manuka need no advertising as the name speaks for itself. The major attraction is the place where the name of the city originated from i.e. the sculpture created by Susie Bleach & Andrew Townsend. This historic structure gives us all the history we need to know about Narrabundah. Also the Red Hill is closer to this city which makes its visit more worthwhile.
