Sydney has an excellent transport system involving the underground train, monorail, light rail system, buses and ferries. Quite often there is more than one option to get from one point in the city to another. Most of the modern hotels are in the Darling Harbour area and to travel from there to the Sydney CBD is a breeze using the monorail which runs a circle route with about 10 stops along the route.
