Belvoir Street Theatre is an Australian theater venue situated in Sydney. Founded in 1984 as “Belvoir St” by Chris Westwood and Sue Hill, this theater is the home of the theater company, Belvoir.
During 2005-2006, this place was renovated and was reopened in October 2006, with the release of Sydney season, “It Just Stopped” written by Stephen Sewell.
There are presently 600 owners here and includes noted writers, actors and performers like Nicole Kidman, Mel Gibson, Neil Armfield, Judy Davis and many more recognized artists.
