Wollongong can be described as a city located along the sea in New South Wales’ Illawarra region.
Wollongong lies upon narrow coastline between Pacific ocean and Illawarra Wscarpment; at a distance of 82 Km, i.e. 51 miles on the southern side of Sydney.
