Nhulunbuy is situated in the north east corner of Arnhem Land. The area is a soft, calm, serene, leafy spot surrounded by white beaches. There are numerous recreational areas nearby Nhulunbuy that are offered for the tourists to access and bush camp along the amazing coastline. There are also two traditional Aboriginal art and crafts centers situated at close quarters from the area.
