This makes traveling on Highway One’s unsealed section along coastal plain towards Queensland literally impossible.

This staff usually comprises of ‘out-of-state teachers’ and ‘local aboriginal teacher aides. The attendance witnessed by CEC is around 100. Two major problems that are being faced right now are indefinite attendance on the part of students and high turnover on the part of staff.
