A lot of variety with regards to wildlife can get observed over here. Almost 25%25 of the known varieties of fish are found in the waters of Kakadu National Park. There are around 70 diverse types of reptiles, ‘saltwater crocodile’ being one of them. On view at waterholes, around 50 mammal species and 300 bird species are found. Walking trails are being provided with; so as to explore this wildlife. Numerous water birds; inclusive of ‘jabiru stork’; along with crocodiles can best be observed from boat.
As such, one craving wild life would enjoy a lot at Kakadu National Park. He just needs to name the animal/bird he/she wishes to see and it would be available at his /her sight. Guided tours can be arranged for. There are no admission fees charged as such. Food service has been made available. Overall, a good place to explore!
