The Paronella Park was built in the year 1930 by Jose Paronella. He built the facilities of a tennis court and a cinema to provide entertainment for the visitors. After his death several people have badly damaged the park and the buildings. In 1993, the first hydro-electric power plant was installed here to supply power for the park’s lighting, pumps, refrigeration and cinema. This park highlights the features of the story of Jose Paronella’s ideas for the site.
