Tourist Guide Sunshine Coast

Sunshine Coast can be mentioned as one of the coastal regions situated in Queensland’s south-eastern part; on the northern side of Brisbane, capital of Queensland.

Sunshine Coast was in to news for being united in to single ‘Local Government Area’, called ‘Sunshine Coast Regional Council’.

Sunshine Coast has been bordered by Pacific Ocean on the eastern side. As such, it goes on to extend towards local government bodies; that too, beyond Blackall Range on the western side. Occasionally, towns such as Gympie (at a distance of 30 minutes on Noosa Heads’ northern side); and Caboolture (at a distance of 30 minutes on the southern side of Caloundra) have also been included within a wider definition of ‘Sunshine Coast region’.

Youth culture over here has been restricted to very few facilities. Sunshine Plaza is the most renowned youth area.

The population has been estimated to be 290645.
