Moonah Arts Center
‘Moonah Arts Center’, prime focus of Arts and Cultural Program of Glenorchy City Council has been in to operation since the year 1992. A lot of growth has taken place since then, along with considerable development with regards to involvement and community support. Around 16000 people are reported to have taken part in an event, pertaining to cultural activity or arts, or moved ahead with seeking of resources and information via ‘Moonah Arts and Cultural Development Program’ since the last 2 years.
Moonah Arts Center remains open from Tuesdays to Fridays between 9:00 and 17:00.
Criterion Gallery
Criterion Gallery can be referred to as one of the commercial galleries focusing on modern art from Asia-Pacific region. It opened in the month of April in the year 2004, with 1st exhibition by Megan Keating, a Tasmanian artist.
