This structure has set a landmark in the tourism department. There was an old mill which used to produce gun powder and this building is used to set up entertainment ventures for the tourists. The name Penny Royal World shows us the exact culture of the Tasmanians and adds to the commercial business of this city. The mill, whose details are kept intact, can be used in educational tours.
