St Matthew's Anglican Church

St Matthew's Anglican Church is one of Australia’s oldest churches which was built in the year 1823 just opposite the lovely Arthur Square. The most interesting feature of this Anglican Church is the beautiful stained glass windows.

Derwent Valley Railway

This society operates majority of its regular passenger trains from the New Norfork base and other special trains from Hobart. There are three trains operating every day to reach Plenty to visit the Salmon ponds and other attractions.
