Located in East Ballarat, Eureka Centre is a site which is considered as one of the most important events in the evolution of Australian democracy, the Eureka Rebellion. This museum is one of the Victoria’s popular tourist destinations and provides a national focus for debate and interpretation of the Eureka story. The Eureka Center opened in 1998 and is a 4 million dollar center.
