The Ballarat Botanical Gardens Reserve covers almost 40 hectares of land dividing into three distinct zones. This central reserve is built in a gardenesque style of the Victorian pleasure garden. This garden is located on the western side of Wendouree Lake and is an invaluable heritage and also a recreational resource which can be enjoyed by the Ballarat residents and tourists.
