13 th beach is a part of the section coast that runs between Barwon Heads and Black Rock at a stretch of 7 kilometers. This beach can be reached by the surf life saving club with an access of car parks that are situated along the road. This beach is surrounded by beautiful landscape that is quite attractive and captivating. It was opened for the public in the year 1961 and is well maintained by the SLSC foundation.
