Penguin Island is an island located within a 5 minute ride off the coast of Rockingham. It is home to Western Australia’s largest colony of Little Penguins and has the largest population of birds in Western Australia. It contains perfect white sandy beaches with crystal clear waters of the Shoalwater Islands Marine Park. Penguin Island features cliffs, sea caves, headlands, beaches, coves, notches and natural bridges and also numerous wave-cut platforms.
