The Village of Prony is a historical village reflects the past and is located at the southern tip of of Mon Dore district. Nestles in th lush greenery this site cannot be missed out while coming to Mont-Dore. One can find the ancient buildings that belong to the penal colony days and at the same time one can find the cobalt mines, thermal springs and exquisite plant life.
