New Zealand is a beautiful country and one cannot resist going on treks and walks and experience the beauty of nature.
It has to be kept in mind that it is not safe to drink from or bathe in most water areas as they could be the habitat of many dangerous micro-organisms.
The streets and alley ways of the town can be funky by day but very unsafe by night.
A lot of criminal activity happens in the alleyways by night, therefore, it is better to avoid using them. It is prohibited to anything into New Zealand that could harm agriculture or the environment and offenders will not be allowed enter the country.
Not all internet cafes in Auckland are safe to use, so, do check the crowd before using the services at the internet café.
A lot of gang activity happens at night and the majority of it happens in central Auckland streets. It is best to ignore any such activity and change your route so as to stay out of trouble.
