Dunedin offers convenient, affordable and efficient public bus services that operate from the city centers to all suburbs. There are coach services that operate to other areas in Otago, Southland and Canterbury.
About 30 km out of the town is the Dunedin airport from where shuttle buses and taxis operate. It will cost you around $NZD 15 for a shared shuttle and NZD$ 45-50 for a taxi to the city center. There are also rental cars available for getting around in the city.
