Golden Cottage Museum is one of the earliest pioneer’s homes of this place. The cottage has some of the wonderful collections mementoes that belong to that era. The furniture exhibition is made by John Golder and other items on display are always at home in the cottage. Earlier the name of the cottage was Straven Cottage. The cottage was built in the year 1876 and was lived by his members till 1985.
