CLIENT/SUPPLIER INFORMATION regarding personal data protection, PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13, 30/06/2003, Legislative Decree no. 196

In compliance with current regulations pursuant to and due to the effects of art. 13 of the 30th June 2003 Legislative Decree, Paesionline Limited Partnership, as the body in charge, hereby informs clients and suppliers as to the use and methods of gathered personal data management, their limits of communication and circulation, as well as the nature of their underwriting .

The data gathered from clients/suppliers, which are the object of management, are processed and utilized directly to achieve the aims instrumental to the business carried out, such as business management, filing, invoicing, and processing, in complete abidance of the principle of correctness and the requirements of the law.

Data processing is carried out through automated means or in any case computerized equipment or paper media by specifically appointed company officers. The data are preserved in paper, computer and computerized archives and the minimum security requirements under the law are assured.
Personal, accounting and tax data will not be communicated, sold or exchanged with third parties, save when possibly communicating/transferring them to external consultants (e.g. to an accountant, here used as a non comprehensive example) for administrative, accounting or tax related tasks. In this case the use of data by third parties will be carried out in complete abidance of the principle of correctness and the requirements of the law.

The persons concerned will be able to enforce their rights as expressed in articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the 30th June 2003 Legislative Decree 196, by referring to the body in charge of processing. Specifically, pursuant to art. 7, the persons concerned will be able to obtain confirmation of the existence or lack thereof of personal data regarding him/her, even when not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. The person interested has the right to receive information about: a)the origin of the personal data; b) the use and processing method; c) the logic applied in case of processes carried out with the help of electronic equipment; d) the identifying details of the owner, of the persons responsible and of the representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, comma 2; e) the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom personal data can be communicated or who may be able to access these data as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, of persons responsible or appointed. The person concerned has the right to obtain: a) the updating, amendment or, when there is an interest concerned, the integration of the data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the freezing of the data utilized in violation of the law, including those the preservation of which is not necessary in relation to the aims for which the data were gathered and subsequently processed; c) the statement that the operations mentioned in a) and b) have been made known  -- also as far as their content is concerned – to those to whom the data have been communicated or among whom they have been circulated, except in the case in which this accomplishment is impossible or entails the use of means which are clearly disproportionate in relation to the right protected. The person concerned has the right to object, wholly or partly: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data regarding him/her, even for the purpose of data gathering; b) to the processing of personal data that regard him/her for the purpose of being sent advertising material or direct sales or for commercial communications – related market research.

The data will be preserved for the time needed to process the accounting and tax procedures according to the law, and in any case for a term not exceeding 10 years.

Pursuant to art. 24 of the 196/2003 Legislative Decree, the consent to the processing of the afore mentioned data is not necessary as they are gathered according to the law or following the obligations deriving from a contract. In the event of the refusal of the transmission of these data, therefore, no outcome  of any agreement of commercial nature will be allowed, as the contractual counterpart is not identifiable.
