Plaza Serrano is officially known by the name, "Plazoleta Cortázar", and is a neighborhood located in Buenos Aires. This plaza is crowded on weekends with vendors selling jewelry, art, crafts and clothing.
Situated in the heart of Palermo, it is completely surrounded by clothes and design boutiques with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. This area is quite popular amongst the young upper class Argentines and foreign tourists.
One can shop for high end brand items or for trinkets too. During weekends, the place becomes the meeting point for all.
