Recoleta is a fashionable upscale neighborhood which comprises of boutiques, cafes and art galleries too. There are also street fair held on weekends. Tourists can get to see here architectural buildings, religious and historic sites too. As this is one of the distinguished areas in Buenos Aires, a lot of tourists visit this neighborhood, mostly to see Cemetery of Recoleta. Known as the city of dead, the city itself is like a small village having narrow streets which is surrounded by memorials, monuments, tombs and mausoleums. There are around 6500 tombs on such small piece of earth, which is amazing.
