Buenos Aires is a rich, vibrant cultural city. In terms of extensions and places of interest it can be seen as the London or New York of South America. A visit to Argentina's capital from the Argentine Congress a beautiful neo-colonial style building. The city is large with enourmous roads so to move around take the cheap local buses. From the Congress head to Recoletta, one of the most densily populated area of the city where you can find everything that is traditional to Buenos Aires. Sit down and enjoy a steak in one of the cheap local restaurants. After lunch if it is sunny head to the rio de la plata on the ocean and discover the small local markets, close by is the national museum for a bit of history and culture.
