Spring and earlier summer is the best time to be in Mendoza, the temperature in summer ranges from 18° C to 33° C, days are hot and night are fresh.
We recommend you to visit Mendoza in January and February when you will enjoy “The Fiesta National de la Vendimia” . The main festival begins on the first Saturday of March and continues until the beginning of April with more music, dance, parades, the crowning of the “Queen of the Vendimia” .

Some typical Mendoza dishes are: fried pasties, “patitas aliñadas” , beef stew, arrope syrup, tableta mendocina, humita en chala and the famous “tortitas raspadas” (scraped cookies).
The climate is continental, sunny and dry in the entire territory of the province, with warm summers and relatively cold winters.
