Curitiba Brazil is a great historical place to visit and is known for its environmental consciousness. You can start exploring the city by visiting the “The Botanical Garden” at sunrise. The garden is the most visited place in Curitiba. It includes auditorium, library and exhibitions as well. During a day, you can visit the most beautiful place known as “UNILIVRE Universidade Livre do Meio Ambiente”. It’s a small but worth to visit and much green place and so peaceful that even if you visit it once; you will surely plan for next. It’s a natural habitat of lot of birds and migrating birds also ... More visit here which makes the place more unique and joyful. Starting from the entrance till the end, wherever you go, you will surely be amazed. “Parque Estadual de Vila Velha” is a great landscape with nature and wildlife. There are lot of ancient stones which seems to be balanced one above another. And finally, don’t forget to end the day by visiting “The Botanical Garden” at sunset.

The streets on the city center provide a lot of options to those who like walking through the city. On Setor Histórico (Historical Sector), buildings from the XVIII and XIX centuries are preserved with museums, cultural center, restaurants and bars, besides the craft street market at Sundays. The XV de Novembro street is a pleasant pedestrian precinct with old restored buildings, where is a diversified commerce, besides very visited coffees and cake shops.
The Curitiba's modernity is represented by real architectural monuments, as the theater Ópera de Arame, the ... More Museu Oscar Niemeyer and the university Livre do Meio Ambiente. The city has an excellent services and communications infrastructure. On Marchs, it hosts the important Festival de Teatro. Departing from Curitiba, it's possible to go on excellent strolls, like the train journey to Paranaguá and through the historical Estrada da Graciosa. The Parque Estadual de Vila Velha, with impressive natural sculpture, is about 90 km far from the capital.

The innovating solutions to the urban planning, the concern about environment revealed on the parks and cycle lanes and the cultural equipments that humanize life on the city make Curitiba one of best living quality places on the country.

It's a great Brazilian city, capital of Parana, an hour's flight from San Paolo and Rio de Janeiro. From this city you can get to the Iguazu Falls, the sea and many other places. The people are very hospitable and friendly, the city offers many parks and transport is cheap and covers the whole city.
