Brazilian cuisine is an eclectic mix of Amerindian, Portuguese, African, Italian, Spanish, German, Syrian, Lebanese and Japanese cuisine. Black beans and meat are the main ingredients of dishes in Brazil. Feijoada, a black bean stew, is by far the most popular dish in Brazil.
Brazil’s national drink is cahaca (sugarcane rum). Cerveja, beer, is also very popular with the Brazilians, while Guaraná is the famous soft drink from Brazil.
