Fortaleza is on the Northeastern region, 2060 km far from Brasilia, 3100 km far from São Paulo and 2800 km far from Rio de Janeiro. It has a modern airport that receives regular flights from all Brazilian capitals and a lot of charter flights, especially from Europe and from North America.
