Literal meaning of Moinhos de Vento is ‘big park’. The ambience provided is simply amazing. It’s, indeed, a superb place for hanging out and watching gorgeous Brazilian people walking by. This tourist attraction cannot be missed out; especially if one is in Porto Alegre.
