This theater had been designed by Georg Karl Phillip, an architect of German origin. It’s an instance of pre-mature neoclassicism within the province. Original design underwent modifications a number of times. Adaptations occurred between 1943 and 1946. Furthermore, original decorative and architectural elements got covered up.
