Porto da Barra is the only High City beach which is situated in the All Saints Bay. As per the British newspaper The Guardian, the Porto da Barra beach was considered as the third best in the world in 2007. There are Portuguese forts which dates back to the 17th century and which are situated on this famous beach area. The beach is crowded at weekends.
