Tourist Guide Puerto Guadal
Port Guadal is a small village town situated at the end of Lake General Carrera (Lago General Carrera) in the South west direction in Small Chile.
The approximate population of the town is 500 people. There are several basic amenities like services, telephone and provisions are available in the town. As the town is located in a closed bay hence there is always a micro climate in the area with pleasant temperature and minimal rainfall.
Pearl of the Lake (Perla del Lago) is one of the beautiful beach in the area which was founded by Lucas Bridge. Situated near is the Valley of Cochrane (Valle de Cochrane) which connects the port through a footpath. One of the main feature of the topography of the area is there is less of meadows and the land mainly consists of fruit trees and avenues lined with trees. The port Guadal along with other communes like Great Mallín, Fachinal etc located in Small Chile are also called "City of the Sun".
