Pablo Neruda’s Home, better known asPasaje Collado 1is known as an important attraction in Santiago.
The museum was once the residence of Nobel Prize writer Pablo Neruda.
It comprises four floors and the huge windows offer a 360-degree stunning view.
La Sebastiana is a place where the writer created numerous poems about love and the sea.
Today, the museum offers a glimpse of the poet's life and the events that inspired him to be a poet. The museum has a huge garden that offers poetry workshops, recitals, exhibitions and other free activities throughout the year.
The house is owned by the Pablo Neruda foundation that was created by Neruda's third wife and widow, Matilde Urrutia.
It is a favourite as the museum provides a calm and serene environment.
