Located on the Isla Teja the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Valdivia is situated in the remains of an old Anwandter brewery near the Pedro de Valdivia Bridge. The museum is a must visit and the old brewery which houses the museum takes the visitors in old era and is worth an experience. The museum is home to some of the best contemporary art and hosts many contemporary art exhibitions around the year.
