In the Municipality of Soledad is a Bolivariano Museum called as the House of Bolivar. In the premises of this museum, the Liberator Simon Bolivar resided before his death. It is located just a few meters from the Central Church of Soledad in the municipal head. The House of bolivar de Soledad was declared as a National Monument as per the agreement 039 of 1970.
