Travel documents required: Passports are required by all. Nationals of many countries are exempt from a visa requirement for a period of 180 days.
Economy

The economy is heavily dependent on agriculture. Coffee is the leading export crop. Other major crops are cotton, maize, bananas, rice, sugarcane and potatoes. Textiles, processed foods, metal products, cement and chemicals are the major industries.  Mineral resources are plentiful and Columbia is an oil-exporting country.

The average daily budget for a tourist in Columbia would be about 70,000 Col$ to 90,000 Col$.
