The city of Atlantida is home to a number of popular attractions and tourist opportunities making it a popular destination especially among foreign tourists. One of the most popular and highly visited locations is the Parish of the Working Christ, a church constructed by Eladio Dieste. The parish with its exquisite architectural pattern is a must-visit.

One of the other popular locations is the Eagle, an exotic stone construction by Natalio Michellizzi. The Eagle, home to several popular legends, is another must-see site.   

The city of Atlantida also houses a number of beaches, mainly bordered by pines. The beaches are ideal locations for relaxing and other outdoor activities like swimming, sailing and diving.

One of the popular sites here is the Playa Mansa, which offers a spectacular view of the sunset. The beaches near Parque del Plata are lined by a number of trees that make it an ideal location for picnics and other outdoor activities.
