Museo de Arte Contemporaneo is also known by the name, the museum of contemporary art in Caracas (MACC).
Museo de Arte Contemporaneo houses one of the best collections of modern art in South America. This is a world class museum having high quality works by Joan Miro, Matisse, Picasso and many other modern masters.
This art museum was founded in 1973 and has permanent collections of nearly 3,000 works. The admission here is free for all, both locals and tourists alike.
