Placesonline Writers is a software program which allows any user to publish contents within placesonline.com and to use discounts offered or earn money.  Everyone who writes for Placesonline starts at the first level and immediately has  discounts on some vacation packages.  Gradually all of the users can go onto higher levels. Reaching different levels is regulated by the number of contents published and by the visits generated by the contents.

This program is open to all users, from the simple tourist who wants to write about his own experience to the professional travel agent or journalist who wants to earn by creating information.

Everything is regulated by 4 levels in which discounts or earnings are assigned which increase from one level to the next.

All users start at Level 1 and have an immediate 5% discount on tourist packages in Italy.

By gradually increasing your written contents and your own pages, you can go on to the next level.

Going from one level to the next is regulated by a mathematical formula which takes the following into consideration

• Number of contents published
• Number of visits to the contents
• Number of comments received

In the report panel and on the home page of the system you will find a box which indicates in real time your level and how full (%) this level is . In order to go on to Level 2,  you must fill Level 1 100%.

As specified before, going from one level to another is regulated by 3 factors.  We can establish the  threshholds of the 3 levels as follows:

Level 1: from 1 – 8,000 individual  users per month
Level 2: 8,000 – 40, 000 individual users per month
Level 3: 40,000 – 100,000 individual users per month
Level 4: 100,000 – 400,000 individual users per month

There is one certainty: when the reports indicate that the individual users fall into one of the above mentioned levels, mathematically speaking the user is in that level.  The date is indicative in such that the system can assign a higher level even if there are not enough individual users to reach that level.  This can happen if there are many contents and many comments.

Each level has different prizes and earnings.
Obviously the higher the level, the better the earnings: you start for fun but then you start to earn.

Here below are the prizes and earnings for each level with a detailed description:

Level 1: Fixed discount of 5% on some products of the PlacesOnLine. 
From the moment one enters into the program and publishes the first text, one has the right to a 5% discount  on all products shown on the Prize Products page:

Level 2: Discount of 6 – 15% on some products of PlacesOnLine.

- In Level 2, the discount varies from 6 – 15% on products shown on the Prize Products page. In order to purchase a product and to take advantage of the discount, you just have to call the number indicated and introduce yourself as aWriter.

In this level a Writer has 3 different discounts, depending on the % filled of the level.

Discount of 6% When level is 0-33% full

Discount of 10%: when level is 34 – 66% full.

Discount of 15%: when level is 67 – 99% full

- In level 3, you always have a 20% discount for products shown on the Prize Products Page.  In order to purchase the products and use the discount, just call the number indicated and introduce yourself as a Writer.  Furthermore, thanks to the traffic you have generatred, you have free coupons which vary in value and which can be accumulated.

A user is at Level 3 when he exceeds 75,000 individual users per month.  Besides assigning a fixed discount, the system gives you a free coupon of 1 euro for every 1000 users.  So, for example, if during the first month a user averages about 75,000 users per month, he is able to generate free coupons for 75 euros.

Considering that Level 3 goes from 75,000 – 125,000, you can generate coupons from 75 to 125 euros per month. 

These coupons can be accumulated and used in any given moment.

When you decide to user your coupons, you just have to go to Prize Products, select your trip according to  the amount of coupons you have, call the number indicated and introduce yourself as a Writer.

Level 4: Fixed discount of 20% and real earnings paid by check or coupons.

This level is identical to Level 3.  The only difference is that you can choose how to use your coupons: on vacations, as in Level 3, or payment of the amount by check.

Payment can be requested when you have accumulated at least 500 coupons (500 euros). Payment will be made by check minus applicable tax  deduction or VAT.

When you exceed 400,000 users, you, the Writer, will be contacted by PlacesOnLine for a different type of collaboration.

There are some operations which penalize the account writers and some which can even cancel the writers’profile:

1. It is forbidden to go into your own contents and generate traffic by continually updating the pages.
2. It is forbidden to write false comments in your contents in order to increase your level.
3. Your contents must be unpublished and not copied, even partially, by other publications.

After registering and creating your profile you can use the password to start to write as a “writer” on Placesonline.
You can start by writing a diary of one of your trips, putting in some photos, or you can take advantage of the visibility of the portal to introduce people to  a place which you are especially fond of, giving useful advice to users who will visit the site.  The content must be original and will be published after our editors have checked it. Your name will appear at the end of each diary or content that you publish, and when clicked on, your profile will come up.  All of your contents will be shown and users will be able to write to you.
If travelling and having people share your experiences are your true passions, then Placesonline offers you the possibility of receiving discounts on hotel reservations and vacation packages.
If you just want to increase your earnings, the last step of the service gives you the possibility of transforming a hobby into a profitable activity.
By writing about all of the places you have visited and those you will visit in the future, you will become a real tour guide inside the portal, and you can monitor  daily the visualization of  your contents, and begin earning little by little,  according to the number of your publications.
